• Complete PII scrub: all real names replaced with <PERSON-X>/<PROJECT-X> placeholders across all history
• History rewritten via git filter-repo --replace-text — all prior SHAs changed

• Fixed Tasks plugin: path includes 06-Tasks (was stale 08-Tasks) across all 14 task files
