currently broken link from application, added a span so link can work again or we update codebase

The direction is to create a separation between users and machines on the install client page as the information on the CLI is a mixture of both scenarios.
This may lead users to believe they need to install docker or systemd unit to use the cli instead of simply manually running pangolin cli directly.
