Adapter scanning issue

• Uncapitalized elements are now also detected in the xml-to-flow scanner.
• Added automatic converting of certain elements, e.g.:

  <pipe name="uploadFiles" className="org.frankframework.pipes.ForEachChildElementPipe" />

  Becomes

  <ForEachChildElementPipe name="uploadFiles" />

  when loaded into the studio
• All non-capitalized elements also become capitalized: <param /> becomes <Param />
• Added a 'beautifier' function to the editor, where doing Ctrl + Shift + F in a .xml file replaces any non capitalized elements with their capitalized version, in the same way as above.
