The new extension entry has updated_at later than the catalog’s top-level updated_at (file header is still 2026-03-28T00:00:00Z). If clients use the top-level timestamp for cache invalidation / freshness checks, they may miss this change; bump the top-level updated_at to at least the most recent entry update time.
