- Restructure README to prioritize Agent Starter Pack as recommended setup
- Move local development, testing, and deployment docs into collapsible section
- Fix init.py auth block: use setdefault for GOOGLE_CLOUD_LOCATION, reorder import after env setup
- Remove stray § character from agent.py license header

Looks like you missed the agent-starter-pack dependency in your pyproject.toml. Please add agent-starter-pack>=0.32.0 to the dev dependencies group.
