## 2026-2027 Cycle Submission Mapping

This section maps the existing abstract bank above to the operator's three priority venues for the 2026-2027 cycle: **FOSDEM 2027, EuroRust 2026, ElixirConf 2026**. Use these as the candidate-set when preparing submissions; do not re-author abstracts that already cover the topic.

### FOSDEM 2027 (Brussels, Feb 6-7 2027 TBC)

- **Dev-room track** *(preferred — lower competition, better fit for estate work)*: target one of:
- `Rust dev-room` → "Rust + Ada/SPARK Polyglot" abstract
- `Declarative + Minimalist Computing` → "Post-JavaScript Liberation" abstract (full RSR pitch)
- `Free Java / Formal Methods` → "Formal Verification for Everyday Developers" (re-pitched to lay audience)
- `Community` → "Emotional Safety in Open Source (CCCP)" abstract
- **Main track** *(if time permits multiple submissions)*: "10+ Dimensions of Security" — closest fit to FOSDEM main-stage taste for systems content.
- **Format**: 20-30 min slots in dev-rooms; 50 min for main track. Most dev-room CFPs open Oct-Nov 2026.

- **Tertiary candidate**: "Idris2 ABIs for Rust libraries" — pitches `proven` and its `idris2-zig-<lang>` bindings as a verified-FFI story. Niche but distinctive.
- **Format**: typically 25 min talks + 10 min Q&A. CFP usually opens May-Jul; speaker travel grants available some years.
- **Estate-side gap**: NO EuroRust-tailored abstract in the bank above. The closest substitute is "Post-JavaScript Liberation" which is too broad. Consider drafting a focused "AffineScript→typed-wasm: a typed-system polyglot for Rust ecosystems" abstract before the May 2026 CFP window.

- **Estate-side gap**: ElixirConf prefers concrete Elixir/Phoenix code on stage. The existing CRDT abstract is mostly framework-agnostic — consider adding a 5-minute live-demo segment using Elixir's `:gen_event` + an AWSet CRDT to ground it.
