Dr. Josh C. Simmons

Years early. On the record.

Writer and diagnostician. Essays on taste, technology, and the repricing of creative labor.

In 2019 I argued in a PhD dissertation at UC Irvine that the master medium was dissolving and that judgment would outlast craft. The labor market took seven years to catch up. The writing is the record of that dissolution in progress.
