Adds an Ecosystem section to the README (EN + zh-CN) noting that
vLLM-Omni provides day-0 serving support
for JoyAI-VL-Interaction.
The vLLM-Omni integration runs the streaming speak / silence / delegate orchestration,
the 3-tier summary memory, and pluggable ASR / TTS / delegation in front of a standard
vllm servebackend — reproducing the released model's per-tick interaction behavior.Notes
