🌱 Driven by a deep curiosity for uncovering structure and patterns in complex data, I work at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced analytics across both scientific research and real-world applications. I am particularly interested in using machine learning to extract meaningful, actionable insights from high-dimensional data, revealing latent structure, uncovering non-obvious relationships, and enabling data-driven decision-making in both scientific discovery and business contexts.

My work spans applied machine learning systems and RNA structural biology. On the scientific side, I focus on RNA structure–function representation and therapeutic design, developing DMFE model, a deep multimodal framework for denoising and energy-based RNA secondary structure prediction that enables the discovery of novel RNA sequences. In parallel, I build and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications by combining predictive modeling, NLP, web engineering, and cloud platforms, with projects including Researchout, a global academic search engine, and Présence, a production web application for managing school daycare services.
