I've increased the projects' minor versions only because there shouldn't be anything that breaks in the existing packages for net8.0, net9.0 was just added on top of it.

On an unrelated note, the netstandard2.0 packages have a bunch of references with (high) vulnerabilities. Personally, I would just drop netstandard2.0 support at this point. People had enough time (years) to move on to anything newer anyway.
