Summary

Keeps all API keys stored in secrets.zsh (unchanged)
Adds a new "Global Environment Keys" step that asks which keys to also export to ~/.zshenv
~/.zshenv loads for non-interactive shells, making selected keys available to tools like Claude Code
Also fixes the Gemini key section to skip without prompting if already configured
