adjust seo-check.config.json to more accurately contain all currently empty pages and globally ignore Keyword density for the near future
remove ignored checks from files except where absolutely necessary and for a good reason
fix frontmatter and content structures to comply with seo-check CI tool
The SEO-Check CI Pipeline should now be passing by default as most of the content is now compliant, and it will only fail when a contributor's edit introduces content that breaks the SEO-Check rules.
