Bumps versions across the monorepo for a coordinated release, updating .release-please-manifest.json, package CHANGELOG.mds, and inter-package dependency pins/ranges.

Updates embedded sdkVersion/wrapper metadata constants in several SDKs (e.g., Browser, Node, Fastly, Akamai, React wrapper) and introduces initial 1.0.0 releases for @launchdarkly/electron-client-sdk and @launchdarkly/svelte-client-sdk in the manifest/changelogs.
