Summary
Documents the new ability to lock a saved dashboard filter on selected tabs so viewers can see the filter but cannot change its value on those tabs.
Changes
guides/limiting-data-using-filters.mdx, covering when to use it, the viewer behavior (read-only filter pill, URL/embed overrides ignored on locked tabs), and the steps to configure it from the filter's Tabs tab.Context
Triggered by an upstream change that added a
lockedTabUuidsfield to dashboard filters. When the active tab matches one of these UUIDs, viewers see the filter but cannot modify it, and URL/embed filter overrides targeting the same field are ignored on that tab. Other changes in the source PR (parentToolCallIdon the internal AI tool call model, enum reordering, API version bump) are not user-facing and were not documented.
