How to test 🧪

• Run apinext locally.
• Run cloud-manager locally.
• Update CM's .env file to use local api.
• Navigate to /quotas.
• Observe "Request increase" button in the action menu of a global quota.
• Open "Request increase" modal.
• Observe "Ticket Preview" section, it should not contain "Endpoint/Region" line.
