Selected destination summary in a Create/Edit Stream form for Custom HTTPS destinations, small changes in types and in StreamFormDelivery to enable editing an existing destination

Changes 🔄

• Adjust LabelValue to reflect the UX design better
• Create DestinationCustomHTTPSDetailsSummary component and use it for displaying the selected destination in a Create Stream form
• Adjust the types slightly
• Omit basic_authentication_password in a destination in mocks to reflect the real API

Scope 🚢

Upon production release, changes in this PR will be visible to:

• Some customers (e.g. in Beta or Limited Availability)

• Set aclpLogs.customHttpsEnabled and aclpLogs.enabled flags to true

Verification steps

• Create a Custom HTTPS destination in logs/delivery/destinations/create
• Edit the created destination
• In logs/delivery/streams/create select an existing Custom HTTPS destination and check if all fields are displayed properly and create a stream
• Edit the created stream and check if all fields are displayed properly
