Implement the "View shared image details" drawer

Changes 🔄

• Pendo support in Drawer for "X" button
• "view" as an image action
• View Image Details drawer (a subsequent ticket will add this drawer for non-shared images)

Scope 🚢

Upon production release, changes in this PR will be visible to:

• All customers
• Some customers (e.g. in Beta or Limited Availability)
• No customers / Not applicable

How to test 🧪

Prerequisites

Toggle the Private Image Sharing flag in the CM DevTool. You can use the Legacy MSW but some fields will be missing out of the box.

Verification steps

With the Private Image Sharing flag on...

• Navigate to the Images > Image Library > "Shared with me" tab.
• Click the three-dot menu for an image and click "View Image Details"
• Confirm your view matches the expected information from the screenshot, and all drawer functionality works as expected
• Confirm the Pendo IDs match the screenshots
