New emu focused desktop.

This basically replicates what we do for the stand alone images and combines it for a desktop that can play it all.

I left out steam/heroic/lutris as those need bwrap perms and we have the steam image that will work better.

xtradeb/games is included so you can apt-get install 0ad and such.
