feat: Add support for Get / Set SessionId on Rokt

Background

• The Rokt SDK was updated to support get and set of the Rokt Session ID
• This allows partners who have mixed integrations such as webview and native Android to maintain sessions across integration types
• Tied to PR feat: Add support for Get / Set SessionId on Rokt mparticle-integrations/mparticle-android-integration-rokt#122

What Has Changed

• Added passthrough for new methods getSessionId and setSessionId of Rokt SDK 4.13.0

Additional Notes

• Validated session ID handoff using a test app with Chrome Custom Tabs. The app opens a web page that loads the Rokt Web SDK, obtains a session ID, and deeplinks back to the app passing the session ID via URL parameter. The app then calls setSessionId on the native SDK and verifies both SDKs share the same session.
