增加bit_count.
bit_count 需要 unhex.
之前的pr : fix: return T_blob for FROM_BASE64, UNHEX, AES_DECRYPT to match MySQL wire protocol (#24626)
cherrypick到4.0-dev 有升级兼容性问题.
这个pr只保留 pr #24626 对unhex的修改.
