Trying to build the Eclipse plugin without triggering the whole MDEO build, I realized that the property ${dependencies.basedir}in uk.ac.kcl.inf.mdeoptimiser.interfaces.eclipse.target.target.template is not resolved during copying the file. Fixed this by adding dependencies to dependencies.xml in the repective build.xml.
