Add Met Office example notebooks

Couple fixes needed:

• Lints are failing in CI
• datacube_extension_filters should probably be forecast_extension_filters
• It'd be better to show a map, the current code shows a bar chart:

For consistency with other notebooks, please:

1. Merge all your imports into the first cell of the notebook
2. Make every cell have an output, usually by putting a variable in the last line of the cell or printing a string that uses data accessed from the API
3. Please add a link back to the Planetary Computer data catalog in the first text cell
4. In the first cell, describe what kind, or kinds, of example use users can expect to learn from the notebook

Updated. The UK Near Surface query is not completing within 30 seconds, so I haven't got a full demo on that one, with output from every section but the example is valid still.
