Adds StoryCADLib to the Libraries section (alphabetical order, after SSH.NET).
StoryCADLib is the open-source .NET library behind StoryCAD, a free fiction outlining tool from the StoryBuilder Foundation (501c3). It reads and writes story outline files, validates story structure, and applies narrative craft frameworks programmatically. On NuGet at https://www.nuget.org/packages/StoryCADLib (v4.1, .NET 10); docs and six runnable samples at https://api.storybuilder.org.
