Description
Local images within rntester are part of another package. By default metro does not support assets outside of the project root. I updated our versions of rnx-kit, to enable usage of rnx-kit's asset plugin, which allows asset usage outside of the project root.
This should only affect internal usage, with the exception that I bumped the version of rnx-kit/jest-preset that is used by the templates.
