Port the shared dotnet-test Copilot plugin from dotnet/skills (via microsoft/testfx#7707). Adds 8 agent definitions and 17 skill definitions covering test execution, filter syntax, platform detection, framework knowledge, coverage analysis, CRAP scores, test generation, migration guides, and anti-pattern detection. Adds the automated mirror workflow from microsoft/testfx that syncs the
dotnet-testplugin from dotnet/skills.What it does: Daily cron (06:00 UTC) + manual dispatch. Sparse-checks out
dotnet/skills, copies agents and skills into.github/, and creates a PR viapeter-evans/create-pull-requestif anything changed.Only change:
push-to-forkpoints toyoussef-backport-bot/vstestinstead ofyoussef-backport-bot/testfx.Once merged and the
BACKPORT_MACHINE_USER_PATsecret is configured, the first run will create a PR with the actual skill/agent files.
