Test "hello world" text committed to documentation page

Medium Severity

The literal text hello world was added to the top of the quickstart documentation page. This appears to be test content based on the PR title ("Test: Add hello world to quickstart") and would be visible to users visiting the documentation site, degrading its professionalism and clarity.
