Update agent docs with enhanced capabilities

Summary

Updated the existing agent documentation to reflect new capabilities rather than creating a separate page:

• Enhanced the main agent overview to describe autonomous workflow (research, plan, write, validate, PR)
• Added key capabilities section highlighting file/image processing, larger content updates, code review feedback handling, and improved task management
• Updated Slack integration docs to document file attachment features
• Noted the agent is powered by Claude 4.5 Sonnet
• Removed any deprecated v1 references from the approach

This is an enhancement to the existing agent, not a replacement or new feature.
