Summary

  • Added optional password protection step to the manual preview creation workflow
  • Restructured the "Restrict access" section with separate subsections for organization authentication and per-preview password protection
  • Updated all four language versions (en, zh, es, fr)

Note

Low Risk
Low risk documentation-only changes that don’t affect runtime behavior. Main risk is minor translation/wording inconsistencies across locales.

Overview
Adds documentation for per-preview password protection when creating manual preview deployments, including a new optional step in the manual preview workflow.

Restructures the access control section to clearly separate organization authentication from password protection, and applies these updates consistently across en, es, fr, and zh versions.

Closing: password-protected preview deployments have not shipped to production. The underlying PR is still open. If this feature ships in the future, a new docs PR can be opened at that time.
