Document navigation element properties

Summary

Documents previously undocumented configuration properties for navigation elements in docs.json:

• Tab align property: Set "end" to move tabs to the right side of the navigation bar, separating primary from secondary tabs.
• Product name property: Override the product identifier with a custom display name in the UI.
• Product and dropdown color property: Set custom hex colors with separate light/dark mode values.
• Dropdown description property: Add descriptive text below the dropdown name.

Updates applied to navigation.mdx, settings-structure.mdx, and settings-reference.mdx.

Triggered by package bump in mintlify/mint@43cfc30.
