Translates all changes from #5020 (Add get page content endpoint to API reference) into Spanish, French, and Chinese.

Changes

• New files: Added es/api/assistant/get-page-content.mdx, fr/api/assistant/get-page-content.mdx, zh/api/assistant/get-page-content.mdx
• Updated files: Updated es/api/introduction.mdx, fr/api/introduction.mdx, zh/api/introduction.mdx to include the new endpoint in endpoint lists, use cases, and authentication sections
• API specs: Added translated /v1/page/{domain} endpoint to es/discovery-openapi.json, fr/discovery-openapi.json, zh/discovery-openapi.json
• Navigation: Added get-page-content page to the Assistant group in docs.json for all three language sections

Overview
Adds localized API reference docs for the new Assistant endpoint POST /v1/page/{domain} in Spanish, French, and Chinese, including new get-page-content.mdx pages and translated OpenAPI entries in each locale’s discovery-openapi.json.
