Updates the MCP documentation to reflect that Mintlify’s MCP server now supports two tools: search and the new get_page for retrieving full page content by path.

Adds an Available tools section explaining when to use each tool and a Get page parameters section documenting the required page path parameter, with matching updates in both the English and Chinese (zh) docs.
