- Added new images for ATT&CKcon 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.0 in the static images directory. - Updated `attackcon.json` to include details for ATT&CKcon 7.0, including event dates, location, and CFP links. - Enhanced the `custom_jinja_filters.py` to format CFP deadlines. - Modified the `resources.py` to include CFP status logic for events. - Updated HTML templates to display event details, including CFP deadlines and links. - Removed outdated image references and ensured all images point to the correct paths.

Adds ATT&CKcon 7.0 page and restructures the static image directory for ATT&CKcon content. Also fixes a banner issue where it would previously break if the banner had double quotes in it
