Code Review

This pull request addresses a bug where the response_prefix was being added twice to the output in the SglangEngine. The template.decode method already correctly prepends the response_prefix, making the additional concatenation in _create_chat_completion_response redundant. By removing these lines, the duplication is resolved, ensuring the model's response is formatted correctly. This is a good and necessary fix.
