In this repo, the PR title will become the short commit message, and the PR description will become the long commit message.
So I cleared out the description to be blank since we don't need all that info for the version bump commit. And I looked back in our git log and made the title more standard to what's there. (I think yesterday we merged them as feat:... but I'm not sure they are. Today I am being more careful and not rushing so much like yesterday).
Hopefully all that makes sense and sounds good, and
