java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/snakeyaml/engine/v2/api/Load has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

The failure happens for ibm-mq-metrics that isn't used in the agent and could require a newer java version. Or we could copy https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/blob/e299bae1014f23108b0b291b0881208f663592ad/.github/renovate.json5#L259 to prevent this update. cc @atoulme @breedx-splk
