Add yarn resolutions to force patched versions of vulnerable dependencies:
- node-forge: 1.3.1 -> 1.3.3 (CVE-2025-12816, CVE-2025-66031)
- lodash: 4.17.21 -> 4.17.23 (CVE-2025-13465)
- qs: 6.10.5/6.13.0 -> 6.14.2 (CVE-2025-15284)
