hypershift: Remove sig-kubevirt test filter from e2e-azure-kubevirt-ovn lane

#75142 introduced a new optional lane for hypershift: e2e-azure-kubevirt-ovn.
The sig-kubevirt filter was added to limit the conformance test scope during initial PUDN (Primary User-Defined Network) development.

Now that the kubevirt-specific tests pass, broaden the lane to run the full minimal conformance suite to validate overall cluster health.
