Adds a Zed extension that registers SystemVerilog language support and downloads the Vide language server from GitHub Releases. Updates the Zed installation page and user-configuration docs. Validation: cargo fmt --manifest-path editors/zed/Cargo.toml --check, cargo check --manifest-path editors/zed/Cargo.toml --target wasm32-wasip2, npm --prefix docs run build.
