Update the default Patchstack API endpoint from https://app.patchstack.com/monitor/pulse/manifest to http://api.patchstack.com/monitor/pulse/manifest. The change is applied in source (src/client.ts), CLI help and docs (README.md, src/cli.ts), built artifacts (dist/*) and associated tests (tests/client.test.ts).
Regenerate distribution artifacts and refresh source maps under dist/ (cli.js, index.{js,cjs} and their .map files). No functional source changes — this is a build output update (includes removal of trailing newline in dist/cli.js and updated mapping files).
