Pester may fail to produce report if an error message contains VT sequences

PR Summary

VT sequences are invalid in CData.
If an error message contains a VT sequence (for example to change the console color to red), then the NUnit report will fail to save.

Please add test for this so we don't regress in the future. Would it also make sense to backport this to NUnit2 output? or maybe it is problem that is common to all our reports including code coverage.
