Clarify that the Phoenix Code project took over Brackets development from Adobe, rather than implying a passive handoff. Simplify phrasing and add "Brackets, reborn" tagline.
Disable MD013 (line length) and MD025 (first heading level) — both are false positives for Docusaurus projects.
