Added standard Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct and a GoodHub-inspired Contributing Guide outlining issues, feature requests, and PR guidelines. How to test: * Verify CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md exist in the project root. * Check that they render correctly on GitHub.
