Feel free to do this change whenever works for you in the next week or so. I don't have any changes lined up. If it's going to take longer than a week, I might be doing something again. |

If you have nothing in the pipeline, would it be OK if I merged it to test alerady today for some first tests, and then maybe do prod a week later? I have soptty availability next week and I want to make sure I'm around for a couple of days after pushing to prod in the unlikely event something goes bad. |

This updates to the latest version of pgauth with the new authenticated encryption scheme.
NOTE! The deployment of this has to be coordinated with a change of encryption key against the upstream! Thus, let's schedule time for this both for test and prod (either same time or different times). If possible, it would be good if we can make these deployments be with this change only, for easier testing.
