Follow these steps to download and run the software. No programming knowledge is required.
To get started, visit this page to download. You will find the latest version of the software available for download.
On the releases page, you will see different versions available. Click on the version you wish to download. This will typically be the latest version. Look for a file with a .exe or .zip extension.
- If you downloaded a
.zipfile, extract it using your preferred file extraction software. - If you downloaded a
.exefile, double-click it to start the installation. - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
Locate the installed application on your computer. If you used the default settings, you can usually find it in your Programs or Applications folder. Double-click the application icon to open it.
Once the application is open, you can load your HR data for analysis:
- Click on the "Load Data" option in the main menu.
- Browse to the location where your employee data file is stored.
- Select the file and click "Open". The software will then load your data into the system.
