We remove bidder docs only in major release if the adapter is really gone.
As you are deprecating it, it might still be in use for months or years to come.
Please keep the ocm.md and put a disclaimer on top that it is deprecated.
Please also add a meta data

This is just a quick update on the docs regarding OrangeClickMedia bidders. We have deprecated our old one so the PR removes docs for the old one and changed some minor wording on our current production bidder.
