Fixes #1220
Updated links to Github issue templates with their new template names. This was done for all the broken links on the Contributor Guidelines, across all languages. This seems to be the only page with this problem.
For example:
https://github.com/processing/p5.js/issues/new?assignees=\&labels=Bug\&projects=\&template=found-a-bug.ymlHas now become
https://github.com/processing/p5.js/issues/new?assignees=\&labels=Bug\&projects=\&template=2-found-a-bug.ymlThe new links have been tested, and correctly open the right template.
