Update workflows to match changes from grafana/docker-otel-lgtm#1010: - Replace super-linter GitHub Action with mise task execution - Remove unnecessary permissions and GITHUB_TOKEN configuration - Remove mise version pinning to allow automatic updates - Clean up renovate.json5 by removing custom version managers This simplifies the configuration while maintaining functionality.
