Hey @KernelGhost, thanks for the PR, it is really appreciated. This looks like a necessary improvement. I do wonder if we really need clang here, though. Do you know where it is used? |

@sharkwouter Good point, I just tested this within a Debian podman container and everything seems to compile without clang. I'll push a new commit reflecting this. |

toolchain.shon Debian 13.3 (Trixie) previously failed due to missing build dependencies.This pull request adds necessary additional dependencies to
prepare.sh.Tested successfully on Debian 13.3.
