Attributes docs

Context

There is not too much information about specific node attributes on the docs currently. This information is available in some of the other repos though.

Implemented changes

I had AI summarise information about a couple of node attributes and then I made some minor changes. I think the docs can be improved still, see my checklist.

Checklist

Let's discuss which of these we can and want to pick up.

• Should we add docs about additional attributes?
• Should we update the docs further: ideally it would not only say what an attribute does, but also when to use it.
• In free_co2_factor we should perhaps mention CCS (and ccs_capture_rate)?
• Should we remove the deprecated attributes instead of documenting them?
