Context
This PR closes #3404
Implemented changes
The nodes energy_power_hybrid_from_offshore_network_electricity & energy_power_hybrid_to_offshore_network_electricity are removed from the electricity_production group.
This makes sure these energy flows are no longer double counted in the electricity production calculations.
